Wideband Antennas in the 900 MHZ through 2.5 GHZ Bands

The photo to the right shows three of the UHF antennas in the A-Series. On the far left, the A-1740 for the 1740 MHZ band; in the middle is the A-940 for the 928-953 MHZ band; and on the right the A-2445 for the 2.4 GHZ band. These are wide band antennas manufactured under U.S. Patent 5,202,696.

Complimenting the above are the D-series dipoles. These antennas provide indoor and outdoor service and the A-Series is also available in a +3 Dbd colinear series.

The use of the end fed folded dipole covered by U.S. Patent 5,202,696 provides a very wideband antenna with VSWR below 1.4/1. These antennas are used in signaling, fire-burglar alarms, and many remote control functions. The A-940 is only 12 in. high and is covered by a heavy, black plastic shroud.

For narrower bandwidths, the D-series dipoles with TNC(M) connectors provide rugged indoor and outdoor service.

The C-series in this end-fed folded dipole provide 10-15 MHZ windows in the VHF hi-band and make an unusually versatile base antenna for multi-frequency users.
